Still nofitting rooms which isvery annoying considering it's almost impossible toknow iftheir clothes will fit orlook good onyou without trying iton. However they doallow returns uptill 10days and you can find last minute club clothes for not that much money.

The clothes are fine, but mymain concern isthe management. The actual salespeople were quite nice and helpful, but the managers were condescending, rude, and unpleasant tobe around. Ifit were not for them, the rating would bemuch higher. I'd rather goto astore where the customers–and staff–were treated better bytheir supervisors.

So I’ve been here ahandful oftimes. First few times the employees were kind ofrude. But ehi looked passedit. Ihad alot ofclothes inmy hand and itwas hard tocarry ata certain point iwas just thinking where the heck are the shopping carts?! (I’m kinda ashopaholic lol) Then ialso noticed they don’t have afitting room open which istraaaaagic. That’s not right. Ontop ofthat nomirrors anywhere inthe actual store? How isone supposed toknow ifthe clothes you’re buying will evenlook decent? Iunderstand they have areturn policy but that still aint right. Ialso find that alot oftheir clothes isvery dainty and breaks easily. handle them with care. (I recommend reading the tag and seeing ifthe brand says dry cleaning, hand cleaning ormachine wash BCthey tend totare quickly ifyou don’t follow instruction) Ifight with this back and forth inmy head bci DOlike this place for the amount ofdiscounts they have, the cute and trendy clothing thattbh, ishard tofind inother physical stores.(other than online) but ijust find that there needs tobe afew minor tweaks and adjustments tothis place. I used toshop here all the time for going out clothes, but the fitting rooms have been closed for over ayear due toCOVID. Every other store Ihave been tohas fitting rooms open again except Mystique. Literally all restrictions are lifted inNY, and Ican’t understand why this one store won’t open their fitting rooms. It’s soinconvenient tohave togo home totry somethingon, just tofind out itdoesn’t fit and have todrive 20minutes back tothe store toreturnit. Very disappointing.

I came into this store for alast minute outfit and Ishould've just ordered something off ofamazon. Due toCovid you can't try anything onand they won't exchange orreturn without amanager being there. Iwent back and was told byzuri that there was nothing they cando. Its myonly day off and Icouldn't come back another day this week. Waste ofmy time and money. Everything isover priced and you can't even take something back ifit doesn'tfit. TRASH

Daughter and Ilove this store! Has the best fashion for reasonable prices. Thwy always have sales and fully stocked. Staff isalways kind and location isnear great restaurants and parking.
