The posting of Information does not constitute a waiver of any of GLS proprietary rights in or related to such Information (such as, but not limited to, patents, copyrights and trademarks) or a transfer of any such rights to you or any third party. You may not copy or distribute any Information published by GLS on this Website or any portion of the Information without GLS prior written permission (or permission of GLS third party provider if the Information is owned by that provider). This includes any copying, reproduction, modification, republication, uploading, posting or directly or indirectly sending any Information (or portions of Information) in any form or by any means. You agree not to delete any copyright or similar notice from any Information.

2. Eligibility. This Website is not offered to any person under the age of 13. If you are over the age of 13 but under the age of 18, you must either: (i) be an emancipated minor, or (ii) have obtained the legal consent of your parent or legal guardian to use this Website and enter into these terms.

3. Links and Frames . Links to other sites may be provided on this Website for your convenience. By providing these links, GLS is not endorsing, sponsoring or recommending such sites or the materials disseminated by or services provided by them, and is not responsible for the materials, services or other situations at or related to or from any other site, and makes no representations concerning the content of sites listed in any part of this Website. Consequently, GLS shall not be held liable or responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in sites listed in any search results or otherwise linked to this Website. For example, if you "click" on a banner advertisem*nt or a search result, your "click" may take you off this Website. This may include links from advertisers, sponsors, and content partners that may use GLS logo(s) as part of a co-branding agreement. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, solicit personal information, or contain information that you may find inappropriate or offensive. In addition, advertisers may send cookies to users that GLS does not control. GLS reserves the right to disable links from any third party sites to this Website.

4. Use of GLS Logos. GLS names, logos, designs, slogans, trademarks or service marks may not be used in any advertising, publicity or promotion or in any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of GLS. The GLS logo may be used as a web page link only after obtaining prior written consent of GLS.

You may be given the opportunity to create and register a user account (your Account) that you may use to receive information from GLS and/or participate in certain features and functionalities of this Website. By registering, you represent, warrant and otherwise fully confirm to GLS that all information that you provide on the registration form is complete, current and otherwise accurate. GLS may rely on the information you provide, including any passwords you create, to identify you and your activity, and you must promptly update and otherwise maintain your information to keep your Account current at all times. You agree that GLS may use the information you provide for any purpose, so long as such use does not violate the Privacy Policy.

6. Password and Security. If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access this Website or any parts of functionalities that are part of this Website, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such password or credentials. If you believe that your password or credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access this Website without your consent, you must notify GLS at once at elendingsupport@glsllc.com.

7. Interference and Malicious Code. You may not use this Website, including uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any information, that could in any way transmit, directly or indirectly, any form of malicious or unwanted code or program to this Website or any websites, servers, networks, systems or equipment of GLS or any third party, or would otherwise interfere with or disrupt this Website or any websites, servers, networks, systems or equipment of GLS or any third party. You must at all times abide by all policies, procedures and other requirements established by any networks connected to this Website. You also may not employ any spiders, robots or other similar data mining programs or techniques on any Information or otherwise in connection with your use of this Website.

8. Monitoring. You agree that GLS has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor your use of this Website as well as any information posted or uploaded to this Website. GLS performs this monitoring for purposes of ensuring compliance with these Terms, compliance with any applicable laws or regulations, and understanding users use of this Website, but this monitoring may be for any purpose permitted or authorized by applicable law, regulation or government or industry agent.

9. Third Party Products and Services. From time to time, products and services provided by third parties (the " Third Party Services ") may be offered for sale or made available through or by links from this Website. Except to the extent expressly stated otherwise on this Website, GLS has no control over any such Third Party Services. In no event will GLS have any liability arising out of or related to the Third Party Services. Any such offer of the Third Party Services does not constitute an endorsem*nt by GLS of the Third Party Services or the providers thereof. Some or all Third Party Services may not be available in your area.

10. Required Technology. Your access and use of this Website may require certain equipment, connectivity services and other technology (e.g., computers or other similar devices, internet connectivity, reading programs, etc.). It is your responsibility to obtain and maintain all of this required technology at your own expense. Although GLS generally tries to make this Website compatible with available technology, GLS does not imply or guarantee in any way that this Website will be compatible or otherwise accessible using any specific model, brand or type of technology.

11. Unauthorized Access. You will take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining access to or use of the GLS services made available through the use of software applications supported and provided in this Website (" Services "). GLS and/or its Website host shall have the right to rely upon any information received from any person using a password assigned to you and will incur no liability for such reliance. In the event of any breach of any security measures established by GLS and/or its Website host, including use of any GLS Services by any unauthorized person, GLS and/or its Website host shall have the right to immediately terminate your access to all or any affected portion of the GLS Services until such time as such breach has been secured to the satisfaction of GLS and/or its Website host.

12. No Reverse Compilation. You will not: (i) reverse compile, reverse assemble, disassemble or translate any portion of the GLS Services; or (ii) access or attempt to access, distribute, disclose, market or copy in any form any information or data, including but not limited to Information, regarding the GLS Services.

13. Ownership Rights. You acknowledge that GLS and/or its licensors, as applicable, are the owner of all right, title and interest in the GLS Services, to all software and documentation related thereto, and to any modifications or enhancements thereof. You shall not violate or infringe upon any of the GLS or its licensors' intellectual property such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets or other proprietary rights related to the GLS Services.

14. Compilations of Customer Data. You acknowledge that the GLS Services made available through this Website contain valuable proprietary information of GLS or its clients and that GLS and its clients shall own all right, title, and interest in any compilations of customer data in aggregated and anonymous form.

15. Disclosure of Personal Information. In the event GLS and/or its Website host has to collect, use or disclose any personal information in providing the GLS Services, you warrant and represent that you have given or obtained as applicable, in place of GLS and/or its Website host, all required consents from any individuals with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of such information as required for the purpose of providing or rendering the GLS Services.

16. Host and Licensors as Third Party Beneficiaries. You acknowledge that the GLS Website host and GLS third party licensors are suppliers under these terms and conditions applicable to this Website and shall be a third party beneficiary of the rights afforded by these terms and conditions and shall be entitled to enforce them as needed to enjoy the benefits intended to be conferred hereunder.

17. Export Laws. Software and encryption codes from this Website may be subject to United States export control laws and regulations (" Export Laws "). No software or encryption codes from this Website may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders; or (iii) in a manner that otherwise violates the Export Laws. By downloading or using any such software or encryption codes, you represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable Export Laws related thereto.

20. Remedies for Breach. If GLS has reason to believe that you have engaged in any of the prohibited activities described in these Terms or have otherwise breached your obligations under these Terms, GLS may terminate, suspend or limit your access to or use of this Website; notify law enforcement, regulatory authorities, impacted third parties, and others as GLS deems appropriate; refuse to provide access to this Website to you in the future; and/or take legal action against you. In addition, GLS, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate your access to this Website for any reason and at any time.

21. Waiver of Jury Trial. Both parties agree to waive any right to have a jury participate in the resolution of any dispute or claim between the parties or any of their respective affiliates arising under or relating to these Terms and the use of this Website.

22. Waiver of Class Action Claims. Both parties agree to waive any right to assert any dispute or claim against the other party or any other intended beneficiary arising under or relating to these Terms or this Website as a class action.

23. No Waiver. GLS shall not be deemed to have waived any of its rights or remedies hereunder unless such waiver is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of GLS. No delay or omission on the part of GLS in exercising any rights or remedies shall operate as a waiver of such rights or remedies or any other rights or remedies. A waiver on any one occasion shall not be construed as a bar or waiver of any rights or remedies on future occasions.

24. Modifications to these Terms. GLS may add to or otherwise modify these Terms (in whole or in part) at any time. Such changes are at GLS discretion, and such additions or modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to this Website. By using this Website after such additions or modifications are posted, you are agreeing to accept and comply with the Terms as modified.

25. Your Privacy. Protecting your privacy is very important to GLS. Please review the Privacy Policy in order to better understand our commitment to maintaining your privacy, as well as our use and disclosure of your information.

26. General. These Terms, as well as any other rules, procedures or protocols established by GLS (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and GLS with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous agreements and arrangements between you and GLS, whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter. GLS and its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns shall be considered beneficiaries under these Terms and shall each have the right to enforce the provisions of these Terms directly, jointly or on its own behalf. These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any claims, actions or proceedings arising out of or related to t his Website or these Terms must be brought in the federal or state courts of the State of New York. By using this Website, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. No waiver by GLS (or any of its agents) of any right under these Terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term, right or obligation hereunder. To the extent any provision of these Terms, including without limitation any disclaimers set forth herein, are deemed to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect as written. Section headings are provided solely for convenience and shall not be given any legal import.

27. Supplemental Terms and Conditions . Supplemental or different terms and conditions than those set forth in these Terms may be applicable to information you receive or transactions you engage in using this Website. Any such supplemental or different terms and conditions will be disclosed to you, either by being posted on this Website or by inclusion in a separate agreement.

GLS Solutions, Inc., on behalf of itself and its affiliates, (together, "GLS") knows that privacy is important to you. It is also vital to our business. This Privacy Policy describes the types of "Personal Information" (information that is identifiable to a particular person) that is collected (directly or through service providers) in connection with this Website. This Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) sets forth the guidelines GLS uses in protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy is considered part of the Website Terms and Conditions (the Terms) .

Please do not submit such information to us, and as a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow your children to submit personal information without your permission.

GLS may use and disclose Personal Information and the other information described above in order to meet your needs, carry out your transactions, respond to your information requests, comply with laws, regulations, court orders and lawful instructions from a government agencies or other competent authority, to protect the personal safety of users of our services or the public, to defend GLS from claims, to resolve disputes, to troubleshoot problems, to enforce the Terms, or to protect GLS rights and property. We may also use this information for general statistical modeling, in order to measure the number of visitors to different pages on our Website and to modify the Website in order to make the Website more helpful. We also use this information to monitor network traffic and identify unauthorized access or unusual activity on the Website. We do not sell this information or share it with non-affiliates, but do share it internally with our affiliates and with service providers who are contractually obligated to keep it confidential and use it only for the purposes approved by GLS.

3. Access to Information about Consumer Loan Applicants

GLS streamlines the mortgage fulfillment process in part by making it easier and less costly for a consumer's loan application information to be obtained by companies involved in the consumer's residential real estate transaction. These companies include the consumer's lender or mortgage broker, and the mortgage insurance company, secondary market agency, real estate appraiser, and other companies that may be involved in the consumer's residential real estate transaction.

Access to consumer loan application and borrower information is limited. Access is permitted in accordance with the contract, agreement or understanding between a business customer and GLS, and in accordance with applicable law. Employees and vendors of GLS may have access to information GLS holds about consumer loan applicants and borrowers as needed to carry out and enhance services provided through this Website. A consumer loan applicant may access the information we hold about that applicant as described in the paragraph below.

If you are a consumer loan applicant, you may access the information that GLS holds about you before your loan has closed by obtaining a password from your lender or mortgage broker. As a convenience to your lender or mortgage broker, GLS may notify you of your password, however, granting of your password is within the exclusive control of your lender or mortgage broker. If you believe that information GLS holds about you is inaccurate or is no longer current, contact your lender or mortgage broker to obtain the appropriate correction or change. Your lender or broker provides information to GLS to update the information we hold about you that can be accessed through this Website. After your loan has closed, contact your lender or mortgage broker regarding any questions you may have about your loan.

4. Personal Information Collected in Connection with a Financial Service.

For Personal Information that is nonpublic and that we collect in connection with a financial service (Financial Personal Information), U.S. federal law permits us to share the information only for the purposes shown in the following table:

Definitions:

Affiliates : Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies. Our Affiliates include members of the GLS, Inc. corporate family including, CashEdge, Inc. and GLS Solutions, Inc.

Non-affiliates : Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies.

Joint Marketing : A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Vermont: Under Vermont law, we will not share Financial Personal Information we collect about Vermont residents with companies outside of our Affiliates, unless the law allows. We will not share information about your creditworthiness with our Affiliates except with your consent, but we may share information about our transactions or experiences with you with our Affiliates without your consent.

California: Under California law, we will not share Financial Personal Information we collect about you with Non-affiliates, unless the law allows. For example, we may share information with your consent, to service your accounts, or to provide rewards or benefits you are entitled to. We will limit sharing among our Affiliates to the extent required by California law.

5. Security

To protect Personal Information about you from unauthorized access and use, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, including but not limited to security measures that comply with applicable federal and state laws. We also require our service providers to whom we disclose the information to do the same. For Personal Information pertaining to borrowers and consumers, those safeguards are designed to protect the security and confidentiality of the information, to protect against anticipated threats and hazards to security and integrity of the information, and to protect against unauthorized access to or use of the information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience.

In addition to security measures such as collecting Device Data, Website registered users will be required to select and answer four security questions and may be required to enter the phone number that has been entered in the user profile as an additional authentication step when the user initially logs in for the first time. All connections to our web server use SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to protect the transmission of information submitted to us.

6. Protection for Former Users.

When you are no longer a user of this Website, we continue to protect, use, and share Personal Information about you as described in this notice and as required by law, including but not limited to for risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit purposes.
