These Keto Breakfast Sausage Patties are a quick and easy breakfast with no fillers or hidden carbs they’re juicy and moist with a delicious flavor. Use them on muffins, on burgers, or serve with bacon and eggs.
This Low Carb Breakfast Sausage recipe makes six servings. One serving is one sausage patty and has 0.5g net carbs.
Store leftover cooked Keto Breakfast Sausage in the fridge for up to 3 days. The patties can be stored in the freezer, raw, and cooked for up to 3 months.
Keto Breakfast Sausage Ingredients
- 1 pound of Ground Pork
- 1 teaspoon of Ground Sage
- 1 teaspoon of Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teaspoon of Pepper, ground
- ¼ teaspoon of Ground Fennel
- ⅛ teaspoon of Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil for frying
How to Make Keto Breakfast Sausage
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except the oil. Mix well.
- Split the mix into six balls and press them into patties.
- Place the oil into a large nonstick frying pan over high heat and saute the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite accompaniments; fried eggs and Keto 90 Second Bread are our picks.

This was really good and easy to make but next time I’ll use half the ground fennel seed. It was way too much in the front, and I would rather have that in the background. Otherwise, this is a great recipe and I will make this instead of buying the stuff in the store. This is much better.Reply

I can’t eat pork, can I sub with ground turkey or beef?

these were a hit with the family…great tasting and easy to make..and even more importantly the clean ingredients…no longer shall I buy the frozen store bought patties!.
